Transpro Rings the Bell at the American Stock Exchange

On December 3, 2003 at 9:30am Transpro President and CEO, Charles E. Johnson, rang the opening bell at the American Stock Exchange, signifying the beginning of trading for the day.  A group of Transpro leaders including Charley, Chairman of the Board, Barry Banducci, and directors Bill Abraham and Phil Colburn, along with other members of the leadership team were welcomed to the Exchange by Peter Quick, President of the AMEX.  Peter gave the group a tour of the trading floor and explained how our stock was officially traded.  In October the company made the decision to move the stock listing to the AMEX where it has been trading since that time. This was the ceremonial welcome to the stock exchange and it was a very exciting day for the company.
